What is this cycle called?
How many percentage of water does sea and ocean contain? 97%

What is the process called that's recycles the water? Evaporation, condensation and water transfers
What is a drainage basin? Area of land drained by the river
What is an catchment area? The area within the drainage basin
What is watershed? The edge of highlands surrounding the drainage basin, it marks the boundary between 2 drainage basin.
What is the source? The start of the river
Confluence The point of which 2 rivers or stream join together
Tributary Smaller stream or river which joins bigger streams or river
Mouth Where the river ends and enter the sea
What is hydraulic action? Air trapped in cranks causing the bank to be weaker and wears it away
What is abrasion? Rocks carried along by the river wears down the river bed and bank.
What is attrition? Rocks smash together and breaking into smaller rocks
What is solution? Soluble particles dissolved into the water
(Transport) Solution minerals are dissolved in water and carried along in solution
(Transport) Suspension Fine light materials is carried along the water
(Transport) Saltation Small pebbles and stone are bounced along the river bed
(Transport) Traction Large boulder and rocks are rolled along the river bed
What is deposition? When the river loses energy, it will drop some of the material that it's carrying
What can deposition form? A delta
What are the energy and size of the waves influenced by? 1:how long the wind has been blowing 2:The strength of the wind 3:How far the waves have travelled
