2DC 2 Different Classes	AMS leads to two different classes of MSP. Constituency MSP consider themselves the real MSP this has lead to 'turf wars' between them. "I regard list MSPs as a breed. They have no constituency, they have no role and they are not elected by anyone" Brian Wilson
NAG4SP Not Always Good for Smaller Parties	Rainbow Parliament of 2003 has failed to be replicated since. In 2011 the Greens were squeezed out by the rise of the SNP
DALC Don't Always Lead to Coalitions	A voting system designed to produce coalitions has produced a majority government.
SVUR Some Voters Under-Represented	For example ; if you vote SNP in Edinburgh North there will be no-one elected to represent your views local constituency MSP would be Labour's Malcolm Chisholm. No SNP list MSPS in the Lothians' despite a huge 111 000 voting SNP!
NBE No By-Elections	AMS does not allow for by-elections when an MSP dies or resigns ( produces unelected MSPs) the party can freely choose who they wish to replace him/her. Anne McLaughlin replaced Bashir Ahmad as Glasgow list MSP when he died in 2009
