Privately rented Occupier pays a rent to a private individual who owns the house.
Squatter housing Housing occupied illegally or built illegally on land that is not owned by the occupier.
Cuncil rented Loaned to the private occupier from public.
Housing associations Group of people who own property. Occupier is a member of housing association pays rent but also shares profit.
Borrowing a mortgage Bank borrowing money to a buyer. Has to consider if its worth it ?
Give 3 reasons what happens when fewer young people are entering the housing market. It makes it difficult to change to a larger house. Reduces overall house prices. Prevents sale of housing after the death of owner.
