            1. The first Internal defence is often stomach acid
              1. White blood cells create antibodies to latch onto pahogens
              2. Vaccines
                1. How do they work
                  1. The body responds by producing antibodies when the pathogen enters us via the vaccine
                    1. These antibodies then learn how to deal with the disease meaning we become somewhat immune
