      1. It describes the events that occurred rather than what people felt or thought about it
      2. Precise
        1. It uses qualified language and avoids understatement or exaggeration
        2. Concise
          1. Conveying information in short, clearly understandable sentences without any unnecessary terminology
          2. Simple
            1. Short sentences should be use wherever possible
            2. Free of bias, personal opinion or persuasion
