  1. Compare your new career ideas to last years. Are there differences/similarities?

  1. Find two more career opportunities that interest you

  1. Enter any hours that have been completed towards Volunteering
  2. Write down one extra curricular activity you want to participate in

  1. Review course plans for grades 10 - 12

  1. Review & Revise Long Terms Goals
4. What Are My Opportunities?
  1. Explore Post - Secondary Options. University/College/Aprenticeship
  2. Record at least one post secondary school of interest

  1. Select a preferred career pathway
  2. Record a minimum of two schools you are interested in and one apprenticeship

  1. Create a reflection in your journal on a pose-secondary financial plan
3. Who Do I Want to Become?
  1. Select your preferred career and education destination
  2. What are some challenges in achieving these goals
4. What Are My Opportunities?
  1. Review saved careers, schools and programs. Select which ones you wish to apply to for post secondary school
