How are we living, behaving, and acting with the end times in mind and as if we are the body of Christ in God's kingdom?
How are we looking at things? Are our choices made in preparation of the return of the King or are we just happy with fire insurance?
Are our purposes, goals, world view, etc reflecting Shalom (contentment, balance, wholeness, harmony, prosperity, tranquility,) in ourselves, in our church, in our neighborhood, and most importantly in God's kingdom?
How are we living, behaving, acting, and believing with the end times in mind?
And as if we are preparing for the return of our King?
Strengths
Love Christ
Nota:
“Our
focus, planning, and desire is to follow the Lord’s commands, follow with all
our heart, soul, and mind. The only way to do that is to he totally committed
to Him, to be married to him, love with our inner being, to be FULLY
Sanctified.
Love Fellowship
Nota:
“Church
is family, place to worship with fellow believers, the people there are the
church to me. We share our concerns, prayers, uplift each other and provide
encouragement.”
“They are
an extension of my biological family, I couldn’t survive without them.”
Loving to New
Comers
Nota:
"We are
to show love when dealing with people and members we are to be truly happy to
see one another and you can feel that love in our church.”
Barriers
Complacency
Nota:
“Don’t
get complacent, rekindle and revisit our 1st love, which should be
Christ!"
Joining Action with Faith
Nota:
“God said, ‘Who will go?’ and Isaiah said,
‘Send me.’ God wants to use us, we have to be open to the conviction and
willing to volunteer.”
Lack of Confidence
Nota:
“Workers
are few and the funds are limited.”
“There
needs to be more resources and funds, we are a poor church.”

Story of the Starfish
1 boy and 2 fish
Nota:
“I think of our church like the scripture (John 6:9) where the boy
presented his two fishes to Jesus. Jesus took them, blessed them, and when
every belly was full Jesus had baskets of leftovers, more then were needed. Take a little and God makes a lot.”
