  1. Bananas: Did you know that Bananas are loaded with carbohydrates that provide a clean dose of energy, this means you dont experience the dreaded crash. Bananas contain plant chemicals known as antioxidants. Bananas are also packed with potassium that helps lower blood pressure, and vitamin B6.
    1. Eggs: If you use the excuse of not having enough time for breakfast, eggs are your solution, Boiled, fried or scrambled, eggs take moments to prepare. Not only are eggs low in calories but they are also a rich source of protein and are packed with nutrients such as vitamin D, vitamin B12, selenium and choline, also known as the memory vitamin.
      1. Coffee: Aside from the fact Coffee is first and foremost a stimulant, did you know that a single cup of coffee contains: Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) Manganese and Potassium Magnesium and Niacin (B3)
        1. Nuts: Nuts are up there as one of the best superfoods and are relied heavily upon by athletes. Nuts are handy because you can take them anywhere, they are a quick and easy snack but they are also loaded with goodness.
