Quantitative Analysis: the identification or detection of a specific substance
  1. Mole: the amount of substance containing 6.02 x 10^23 entities
    1. Molar Mass: the mass in grams of 1 mol of a substance
      1. Amount: the quantity of a substance in moles
        1. Molecular Formula: a chemical formula that shows the exact number of atoms of each element in the compound
          1. Empirical Formula: a chemical formula that shows the lowest whole-number ratio of elements
            1. Stoichiometry: the study of the relationships in chemical reactions between the mass and the amounts of reactants compared to the mass and amounts of products
              1. Mole Ratio: the ratio of amounts of reactants and/or products in a chemical reaction
                1. Limiting Reagent: the reactant that is completely used up first in a chemical reaction
                  1. Stoichiometric amounts: the predicted amount of a reactant, rlative to another reactant, that will react according to the balanced chemical equation
