  1. Leadership Types
    1. Autocratic
      1. Where the coach demands/decides what the team or performer needs to do
        1. For example: during a time constraint (half time); with males; during a dangerous situation; when there is a large group
        2. Democratic
          1. Where there is a lot of communication between the coach and the team/performer to discuss tactics and what to do
            1. For example: before the match starts; with females; when there is a small group
            2. Laissez-faire
              1. Where the coach has little to no input and allows the team/performer to get on with it
                1. For example: when on a big winning or losing streak; autonomous learners
              2. My Leader - Coach Buddy Stephens
                1. Coaches an average High School Football team in Mississippi
                  1. Takes in 'damaged' teens and turns them into superstars
                    1. Won 3 out of 4 National Championships with a 24 game win streak
                      1. Very autocratic as he has to keep the team in control
                        1. Motive is on winning and getting the best out of his team even when there is potentially better
