        1. dont need oxygen to do anaerobic sport like sprints and waightlifting
        2. aerobic
          1. needs oxygen for aerobic sports like football and rugby
          2. training methods
            1. each method can be improved by one fitness component
              1. circuit, weight, continuous, interval, Fartlek, plyometric, flexibility
