What is Science and how is it important? Science is about human bones, chemicals, plants, animals, sea life and much more about our earth. Science is important because without science we would not know about anything in our world and about our people.
List and describe the 5 main branches of science. The 5 main branches of science are Geology which is the study of the earth, Ecology which is the study of organisms, physics is the study of matter, chemistry is the study of mixing chemicals together to make a chemical reaction and astronomy is the study of space.
5 main safety lab rules 1. make sure when you do an experiment to wear a lab coat and safety glasses. 2. Do not enter the lab with food and DO NOT eat in the lab. 3. Make sure to have your hair tied up so it doesn't get in the way. 4. don't have loose clothes on because your clothes could catch on fire. 5. have inclosed shoes on at all times.
Remember about Bunsen burner Base, Air hole, Collar, Barrel, Gas Pipe and the flame.
Safety Rules of a Bunsen burner 1. Always wear safety glasses and a lab coat. 2. Hair tied up and 3. Be careful
Bunsen burner Blue flame and yellow flame The blue flame is almost clear so you can't see it, it is also very hot a lot hotter then the yellow flame, and the blue flame is steady. The yellow flame is much cooler then the blue flame and the yellow flame is unsteady and wavy.
