Installation and conversion5	this sees the system put into its working environment o be used by the client and involves conversion of any existing systems that will be superseded by the new solution and linking to any other systems with which it needs to operate.
What happens at this stage?	the system documentation will be presented to the client at this stage including the operational user guide and technical documentation that may be needed for future maintenance
What happens at this stage? 2	most of the training of users will need to take place, although some prior training may have happened in a stimulated environment. Developers are likely to remain on site until they know the new solution is fully functional and operating correctly before the solution is handed over to the client.
Deliverables	-fully functional solution, signed off by the client -full documentation including user guide and technical documentation
