What are 'administrative/public law' cases? | Disputes over governmental decisions/actions that affect particular individuals or groups. |
What is the plaintiff? | The person who claims they have been wrongly treated by another party. There are no plaintiffs in criminal cases. In an administrative case, the plaintiff can also be considered an applicant. |
