Has rebranding developed Leeds as a centre for art and culture on regional or national level? - The Royal Armouries receives around 200 - 250 visitors a day - Sculptures have been built at the riverside and in the city centre. - Poor advertising and signing means that the area is 'off the beaten track' and receives few visitors.
Has rebranding improved retail opportunities? - Only 40% of people recognized the Oracle restaurant, showing that it is not an especially active area. - Many businesses left in 2010. - Concentrating on retail has been ineffective due to proximity to huge shopping areas.

Has rebranding improved safety within the city centre? - The place check found that people strongly agreed they felt safe. - According to 'police.uk', 21 crimes were reported at the riverside in April 2014. - By contrast, 46 crimes were reported within a similarly sizes area of Holbeck the same month.
