Plateau An area or fairly level high ground
River basin The land drained by a river and its tributaries
Desert A waterless, desolate area of land with little or no vegetation, typically covered in sand

Capital city Usually where the government are based in a country
Region An area of a country or the world
Political map A political map just shows how the countries are divided
Colonialism Taking control over another country
Life expectancy The expected time to live
Economy The state of a country or region in terms of the production consumption off goods, services and money supplement
Culture The ideas, customs and socila behaviour of particular people or society's
