Questionnaire | Also known as a survey. It's a tool or method used to collect both qualitative and quantitative data from individuals. |
Response Bias | Various conditions that can influence survey response and give you false or incorrect data making your survey results unreliable. |
Double-barreled question | A combination of two questions in one. |
Leading question | Questions that reveal the result you are seeking. |
Likert Scale | Also known as the level of agreement scale. It lets respondents specify their level of agreement or disagreement with a question or statement. |
Jargon | Words or expressions that are used by a particular profession or group that are difficult for normal individuals to understand. |
Pilot testing | Trialing the test survey you constructed on individuals ideally from a similar demographic background to your intended respondents. |
