Questionnaire Also known as a survey. It's a tool or method used to collect both qualitative and quantitative data from individuals.
Response Bias Various conditions that can influence survey response and give you false or incorrect data making your survey results unreliable.
Double-barreled question A combination of two questions in one.
Leading question Questions that reveal the result you are seeking.
Likert Scale Also known as the level of agreement scale. It lets respondents specify their level of agreement or disagreement with a question or statement.
Jargon Words or expressions that are used by a particular profession or group that are difficult for normal individuals to understand.
Pilot testing Trialing the test survey you constructed on individuals ideally from a similar demographic background to your intended respondents.
