R - Repitition	Repeating a word throughout a piece of work. Example 1 - 'I looked upon the rotting sea, And drew my eyes away; I looked upon the rotting deck, And there the dead men lay.' - Rime of the Ancient Mariner” by S.T. Coleridge.
E - Emotive language	Words chosen to make the reader feel a specific emotion. Example 1 - The men were brutally murdered. Example 2 - The children were ecstatic on Chistmas morning.
S - Statistic	A numerical fact. Example 1 - 78% of the class were girls. Example 2 - 3/4 people believe that...
