what is bullying? Behavior by one person or a group, usually repeated over time, that intentionally hurts another individual or group either physically or emotionally.
What is cyber bullying? Cyber bullying is the use of ICT, particularly mobile phones and the internet to deliberately upset someone else. It can include harassment, threats and insults. It causes distress and harm.
How is cyber-bullying different to bullying? People hide behind the anonymity of the internet to hurt other users by bombarding them with unwanted messages or verbal abuse. It has a bigger audience. It can be 24/7. Other people involved may not realize the impact and contribution they make.
