What is population distribution? How people are spread out across the globe.
What does sparsely populated mean? That there are not many people living near each other.
What does densely populated mean? That there are a lot of people living in a small area.
What is population density? The number of people living in one area.
How can you work out population density? You divide the number of people in the area by the size of the area.
What is a population explosion? When the population of somewhere suddenly shoots up.
