How to Cold Brew Coffee
Brew coffee as you typically would for immediate, hot consumption.
Pour coffee into the secondary fermenter.
In a sterilized container, combine course ground beans with cold, filtered water at a ratio of 1-2 oz of beans per 1 cup of water.
Seal container & refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Strain coffee + water mixture through a cheese cloth.
Monitor development of coffee aroma & flavor to determine when to remove the hop bag.
