1. Problem Solving or Coming to a Decision; sounds objective and/or open minded
   1. Introduction: State problem or a question to be answered
      1. Summary of opposing view points; in an objective manner
         1. Admits that opposing view may be valid
            1. State your position and why it works well
               1. Explain how your position benefits those who don't already agree with you
