CNS-Central Nervous System (made up of
the Brain, Spinal Cord and the Nerves)
The brain is made up of various parts, them being: Cerebrum-Conscious thoughts.
Cerebellum- Controls balance and movement. Medulla- Controls breathing and heart rate.
Hypothalamus-links the nervous system to the endocrine system via the pituitary gland.
Nerves (Also called Neurons): Carries impulses to and from the muscles and body
organs
Brain: Controls whole body and co-ordinates all the nerve
impulses
Spinal Cord:Relays Impulses between the nerves and the brain. Controls
reflexes
