A good idea is to have @provider
in your email address
Sensible name
Use your initials or name in the first part of you email
address. This means you shouldn't have any problems with
friends not knowing who you are and reporting you
Think of the future
Be careful when choosing an address. If your
email doesn't sound professional, it might be
deleted by future employers
Sending attachments
Paperclip
To send an attachment online, press the paperclip icon at
the top of the new message and select where you want to
get the attachment from
Resizing files
To resize a file, put it in a zip file before you send it. Or,
you can change the size when selecting it
File Explorer
Open file explorer and find the file you want to
send. Select it and press Send To, Mail Recipient

Responding
You can choose to respond to everybody who has received
an email or just the person who sent it. Be aware, it may get
annoying if you always press reply all, so only use it if you
need to
Signatures
You can save a signature and use it for signing
documents by email so you don't need to print
them off.
