1. Several groups wanted a change in
the society. 2. The Bourgeasie wanted
more power. 3. People who worked
where tired of working for the
landwoners. 4. Some people werw
angry for paying taxes than nobles did
not pay. 5. The government French had
spend too much money in wars. 6. The
queen and king also had spend money
in themselves.

1799 Napoleon Bonaparte

Directory and started to
be a new leader to the
Government called
Consulate.
1804 Napoleon was
the emperor of
France became a
Republic in 1871.
1789: 1. Louis XVI called to the Estate General ( church, nobles,
commoners) to solve the problems. But in other regions the
peasants burned in June the commoners and other groups
separates and created the National Assembly who represented the
country. 2. in July 14 people explode a rage in Paris. They released
prisioners and by this event the French revolution started. 3. In
other regions the peasants burned castles from the landowners
and some nobles quit voluntary their privileges. 1. In August of
1789 National Assembly : a. Approved the human right b. Peasants
received money for cultivating nobles farm. c. Decrew catholic
church power. d. Establiced the right to vote for male citizens.
1792: At first the king remain on the throne but in
September of 1792 France changed its government
from Kindom to Republic.
1793: 1. Revolutionaries decided to kill the Queen and King
Luis XVI and Marie Antonietta . 2. A new Assembly was
created called National Convention and the extreme group
called Jacobins took the control and began the Reign of
terror. 3. Jacobins arrested, killed and head cut off the
guillotine who were not agree with them.
