                    1. 60-70 percent of calories from carbohydrates (grains, pasta, bread, etc.) 20-30 percent of calories from fat sources (oils, avocados, nuts, etc.) 10-15 percent of calories from protein (fish, meat, chicken, beans, etc.)
                    2. Professional sports athletes need to have a competitive mindset, excellent hand-eye coordination, great motor skills, and a high level of physical fitness. They should also be able to deal with difficult physical and mental conditions and have to be able to maintain a high level of concentration and discipline while training and competing.
                    3. Avoid cotton apparel. Instead choose socks, shirts, pants, and shorts made of "technical" materials, which pull sweat and moisture away from your skin.For the summer, get a cap or visor that will keep the sun out of your eyes. For the winter, get a warm hat that can cover your ears. At first all you’ll need to know is how long you’ve been running.
                    4. No specific education level is required to be a professional sports athlete, but they are often discovered while competing in high school or college games. Most athletes learn about their sport and improve their athletic skills in school. It is a good idea for people interested in professional sports athletics to study weight training, nutrition and exercise selection.
                    5. For new runners you might wanna start with; squats, lunges, bridge,plank, mountain climbers, and superman.
                    6. 2. How much water are you supposed to drink when you run?
                      1. Drink lots of water. Being even slightly dehydrated can leave you feeling sluggish, so make sure you're getting plenty of fluids. There's no need to worry about exact measurements, but it's a good idea to keep a water bottle with you during the day so you can drink frequently. During long training runs, you should drink water every 20-30 minutes or more often as needed.
