Throughout the history of mankind many diverse cultures have
emerged. Some have covered large areas and have formed large
conglomerates called «civilizations»; others have focused on
small territories. Differences have often been perceived as
threats. Misgivings have arisen, which in a few cases have ended
in wars. This has happened, for example, between the dominant
and indigenous peoples in America. Another example has
happened between Western Christians and Islamic Arabs.
2. One humanity
All people belong to the human species, that is, they are equal in their dignity
and rights. There are no people who are more human than others. The physical
characteristics of human beings such as size, hair shape, eye or skin color, or
their cultural features such as customs, language or religion, does not make
them absolutely different from each other. Humanity is one because all human
people are part of the same species. All human people are basically the same,
even in the biological aspect.
3. Clashes and dialogue
In addition, being impossible for humanity to become homogeneous, trying to suppress differences
have destroyed identity elements that are great values that must be preserved. Trying to force
everyone to speak the same language and believing in the same god, is not only an outrage, but also a
mistake.
