aspects in themselves of our daily lives.

A healthy lifesty is doing certain actions that can
directly influence your health, even if you don´t
have any chronic conditions, simply practicing or
researching things to improve your health, meals or
habits and also changing your thinking of equally
healthier and friendlier is a healthy life style.
Eating
With the rest, you don´t just have to eat salad or vegetables for
example, really to do it in a "corect" way,we have to swining that we
eat, eat what we like the most we can but with awareness
Exercise
First you have to be clear that you don´t have to go to the gym all day
and do complex things. a 30 minute walk, running, doing yoga, talking
dance classes. It doesn´t have to be performance sport, it´s exercising
your body.
Habits
Particulary I think this is the most important aspect. Here we will change our routine or
everyday things, we have to enjoy things this improves our mental state, we have to rest
from stress. sleep more, listen to our favorite music.
