   • It is the battery that keeps the bios functional when a power outage occurs. This keeps the CP from loosing its data

      • The cable that connects the HDD to the motherboard

         Annotations:

         • Random Access Memory. This improves the performance of the PC by allowing it to open programs faster
         1. CD ROM

            Annotations:

            • This is the port that allows the PC to read external data using a CD drive
            1. HDD/SSD

               Annotations:

               • Hard Disk drive. /Solid State Drive this is where data is stored
               1. Internet Card

                  Annotations:

                  • This allows for the PC to have an internet connection

                     • Central Processing Unit. this is the "brain" of the PC and it is what tells the other parts what to do.

                        • This component brings in cool air from outside the PC to keep the components from overheating

                           • These ports are where USB drives, audio jacks, video jacks and much more connect into the computer.

                              • This allows the pc to handle heavier duty graphical software.
