Lipids
- Fat= Solid at room temperature.
Oil= Liquid at room teperature
- Carbon, Hydrogen & Oxygen
- Triglyceride= Chemical name given to fat,
formed when 1 fat molecule joins with fatty
acids. Produces water & triglyceride.
Water is eliminated (condensation)
- Chemical Structure- Glycerol has 3 hydroxyl Group. Fatty acid has carboxyl group at end.
