1. Sprint

   Annotations:

   • (2-6 Weeks)  Sprint Iteration/Cycle:  Each time all the assigned tasks are completed, and/or assigned due date has expired.
   1. Meetings

      Annotations:

      • All the meetings that happen at each Sprint iteration
      1. Sprint Planning

         Annotations:

         • (4 hrs) This meeting is done at the beginning of each Sprint iteration.  SM & Team pick Epic Stories that will later be broken down into User Stories and assign them to Teams
         1. Daily SCRUM

            Annotations:

            • (15 mins Daily) Meetings that discuss any issue/inquiry that the team is having in their particular task assigned.
            1. Sprint Review

               Annotations:

               • (A total of 4 hrs) This meeting is done at the end of each Sprint iteration.
               1. Show & Tell

                  Annotations:

                  • (2 hrs) Team does a Demo of the User Story completed
               2. Sprint Retrospective

                  Annotations:

                  • (2 hrs) A review or open discussion for comments, suggestions, and/or questions regarding the entire Sprint iteration
   2. Documents

      Annotations:

      • All sets of documents used during Sprint iterations
      1. Product Backlog

         Annotations:

         • A Document designed for the Product Owner and the SCRUM Master
         1. Sprint Backlog

            Annotations:

            • A Document designed for SCRUM Master and the Team. After a Sprint iteration is done, a new Sprint Backlog is created.
            1. Burn Down Chart

               Annotations:

               • Used to keep track of User Stories during Sprint. After a Sprint iteration is done, a new Sprint Backlog is created.
   3. Stakeholders

      Annotations:

      • People/Groups that Participate in the entire process of SCRUM methodology
      1. PO

         Annotations:

         • Product Owner: They create a Product Backlog (BRD or SRS) with the SCRUM Master(s)
      2. SM

         Annotations:

         • SCRUM Master: It is a type of project manager that ensures and executes all the SCRUM methodologies. There can be multiple SCRUM Masters along the entire project. Hierarchy between SCRUM Masters
      3. Team
