    1. Exposition
      1. Setting: Saint Francis Memorial Mental Clinic Characters: Ivory, Samantha, Elizabeth, Rachel and John Conflict: with Rachel's disappearance the girls suspect of the clinic, they decide to look for her and end up trying to escape from the spooky place.
      2. Rising Action
        1. Rachel disappears, leaving the girls suspicious about the clinic. One night they heard knocks on the door but no one was there, but still they went to search for Rachel. They entered a secret ward where they made dark experiments on the patients and found a body on the table.

              • Ivory's flashback of how she got interned in the clinic.
          2. Climax
            1. They Realize the clinic is a fraud and they only try to make experiments on mental patients. They presence paranormal activities, only to later realize it is Rachel trying to make them escape. They decide to escape the Clinic.
            2. Falling Action
              1. They fool the guards and make it to the exit but Ivory realizes Elizabeth is not with them. When they look back they see John with Elizabeth on his arms with a knife on her neck. When he's about to slice her throat, a vase flew and broke on his head, he was knocked out on the floor and Elizabeth runs to the exit.
              2. Resolution
                1. The Girls escaped the corrupted clinic and tell everything to the authorities. They at first don't believe them because they are mental patients, but when they go and discover all the hidden secrets they shut down the clinic. Days later they are at Rachel's funeral and thank her for saving hundreds of lives including theirs.

                    • Character traits: Ivory is a 16 year old teen who got interned because of obsessive-compulsive personality disorder. She was abandoned by her family because they thought she was crazy.  She's a cold and quiet girl.
                  2. Antagonist
                    1. John

                      Annotations:

                      • Character traits: John is the Clinic's director. He he laid eyes on the girls and knew they were trouble. He is in his mid thirties and he had a violent philosophy of his clinic. He is a passive-aggressive man.
                    2. Secondary characters
                      1. Samantha Rachel and Elizabeth

                        Annotations:

                        • Character traits: Samantha- She's Ivory's best friend, she loved her so much that when Ivory got interned, she self harmed and change her personality to a cold one. Once she saw Ivory her personality was back to  normal and stopped self harming.
                        • Elizabeth:  Elizabeth is a 16 year old girl who suffers from Anorexia. She was Rachel's roommate until her disappearance, since then she slept with Ivory and Sam because she felt alone. 
                        • Rachel;  She suffers from depression but she's always happy when she is with the other girls. She then disappeared out of nowhere and no one knows why. She later appears to the girls to help them escape.
