Manufacturers Instructions- Issued by manufacturers' or suppliers' safe and efficient use of products or equipment
Tests- All relevant test should be carried out to ensure client can proceed with service to prevent damage to the hair
- Skin test- Base 3 &6%- testing to see if client is allergic to PARADYES
- Incompatability test- 6% &perm lotion- To see if metallic salts are present
- Porosity- Using finger and thumb, slide upwards towards root- to test the condition of the cuticle
- Elasticity-Spray hair wet, stretch, and hair should return to natural length- testing the condition of the cortex
- Strand test- Scrap some of the colour off the hair to check the development of the colour
