                  2. Contract Catering
                    1. Contract caterers provide food and drink at places where its not usually provided. They're often hired for private events, such as wedding or birthdays
                      1. The food provided depends on the event. For example fish & chips for a village hall event, or a five-course banquet for a ball
                        1. Contract caterers are also used at public events, such as a burger van at a music festival
                          1. The caterers either cook the food beforehand or they cook it at the venue
                            1. There are several advantages to hiring contract caterers for an event:
                              1. The caterers organise the menu and the food
                                1. The caterers serve and feed guests
                                  1. The caterers clear up everything afterwards
                                2. Cafeteria Service
                                  1. Customers are served ready-made food at a counter
                                    1. ADVANTAGES
                                      1. Don't need many staff, or skilled staff
                                        1. Can serve a lot of customers quickly
                                        2. DISADVANTAGES
                                          1. Food has to be kept hot
                                            1. Customers have to queue
                                          2. Fast-Food Service
