Our brain naturally craves for the unexpected.  The scientist researched about that. They squirt either water or fruit juice to people's mouths while their brain was scanned by electronic equipment. The nucleus accumbens, which is a part of the brain is active when we experience the pleasurable moments, is most active when the squirt happened. It didn't matter if the squirt was water or fruit juice.
