2. A Market Town Lowlands around Navan - fertile soils - excellent for farming. This caused it to develop as a market town
3. A Resource (Mining) SettlementTara Mines - largest zinc mines in Europe. 650 workers.
4. A Dormitory Town Dormitory town of Dublin. Many of Navan's workforce commute to Dublin each day. Houses cheaper here than Dublin
