Line 1-4. 'hobbling rhyme' - comic Line 5. ''tis true I write in shortened measure.' - octo-syllables.  Line 6. 'Scrawl but at my leisure' - only writes in her spare time.  Line 11. 'La! 'tis...' - accent fall = stylistic
