Right Angle Triangle A triangle where one of its interior angles is a right angle (90 degrees). Hypotenuse: The side opposite the right angle. This will always be the longest side of a right triangle. Sides: (Adjacent, Opposite) The two sides that are not the hypotenuse. They are the two sides making up the right angle itself.
Obtuse Triangle In an obtuse triangle, one angle is greater than a right angle—it is more than 90 degrees. An obtuse triangle may be isosceles or scalene.

Scalene Triangle A triangle where all three sides are different in length. No equal sides No equal angles
