What do Carbohydrase enzymes break down? Starch into sugar for energy drinks
What do protease enzymes break down? Proteins - so they are easier to digest
What do isomerase enzymes break down? Glucose into fructose (which is much sweeter)
What enzyme is used: 1) to help get rid of greasy stains 2) in making slimming foods 3) in making baby foods 1) Lipase 2) Isomerase 3) Protease
