Frederick the Great (b. 1712, ruled 1740-1786) of Prussia. He did away the torture of criminals, improved educational system, promoted industry, agriculture, commerce, etc. Follow Voltaire's advice on how to rule, thanks to this he made Prussia the best.
Peter the Great (b. 1672, ruled 1682.1725) of Russia. He was the responsable of making Russia a part of Europe; he provided trade route (Western Europe).
Catherine the Great (b. 1729, ruled 1762-1796) of Russia. russian czar Peter III's wife. The one that read the words of Montesquieu and Voltaire. Imported Western culture to Russia.
Maria Theresa (b. 1717, ruled 1740-1780) of Austria. She believed the country she was in charge of was weak and because of this she began some reforms. Limited the power of catholic church.
Joseph II (b. 1741, ruled 1780-1790) of Austria. Maria Theresa's son, Leopold II's brother. Introduced a single tax for everyone and reformed the educational and judicial system.
