Which project sponsor behaviors are most effective during the Closing Stage? 1. Knowledge management (identify and capture lessons learned) 2. Verifying that the organizational capabilities have been improved and promised project benefits achieved.
Knowledge management: during the Closing stage sponsors need to ensure that meaningful lessons learned from the project are identified and captured for future use/projects. Ensure that capabilities and benefits are realized: employees should become more committed and capable and processes more effective and more efficient.
