What are Multicellular organisms? | Organisms with many cells. |
What do the cells do in Muticellular orgnaism | They all work together but they dont do the same thing |

What are the three types of muscles in your body? | Skeletal, Involuntary and Cardiac Muscles |
Why do voluntary & involuntary muscles contain plenty of mitochondria? | This is because these muscles require a lot of energy to keep working and it is the mitochondria that provide energy. |
What is the cardiac muscle? | The muscle that makes up the heart. |
What do Nerve cells do? | They carry information to form your brain and to other parts of your body. |
What are axons? | Very long fibres extending from the cells. |
How far can the longest axon reach up to? | From the base of the spine to the toes, and can be more than a metre long. |
What do red blood cells do? | Carry oxygen from your lungs around your blood cells. |
What are the white blood cells job? | They are part of the immune system and help the body to fight infection. |
What are the two fat cells in your body? | Brown and White Fat Cells. |
What do Brown Fat Cells do? | They produce heat for the body. |
What do White Fat Cells do? | They form an insulating layer under the skin to keep you warm. |
What are Guard Cells | Are found on the leaves and stems of plants. |
What are Conducting cells? | Plants take in water from the soil through their roots. |
What are Root hairs? | Extensions on the outer structure of root cells. |
