  • 5. Fuse the lymphocyte and myeloma, forming a hybridoma.
  • 6. Hybridoma cells mass produce antibodies quickly.
  • Hybridoma antibodies are still specific to the antigen.
  • Myeloma Cells reproduce quickly which is why they are used
