    1. 7:45 to 8 a.m. - Welcome activity: toys from home
      1. 8:00 to 8:30 Circle Time (Morning message, attendance, helper, weather, routine, calendar, number of the day(10), letter of the day).
        1. 8:30 to 9:00 Whole group activity - mystery box with food toys. Talking about taste and their favourite foods.
          1. 9 to 9:30 Snack
            1. 9:30 to 10:30 Portuguese Class
              1. 10:30 to 11:00 Playground
                1. 11:00 to 11:15 Game - tap the flashcards. There will be flashcards related to the unit on the floor (beggining sounds we studied). Teacher will give hints about the words. Kids will try to find the right words and tap them.
                  1. 11:15 to 11:30 Story time - Yum!: a book about taste (we will watch the story on the computer).
                    1. 11:30 to 12:00 Music class
    2. Tuesday
      1. 7:45 to 8 a.m. - Welcome activities: Dinosaurs and playdough with shapes mats.
        1. 8:00 to 8:30 Circle Time (Morning message, attendance, helper, weather, routine, calendar, number of the day(12), letter of the day).
          1. 8:30 to 8:45 Whole group activity - Pizza slice pictograph (p.44) BLM.
            1. 8:45 to 9:00 Story time - Goldilocks and the 3 bears with story flashcards.
              1. 9 to 9:30 Snack
                1. 9:30 to 10:30 Portuguese Class
                  1. 10:30 to 11:30 Learning Centres G1: Alphabet bingo G2: wooden tangram G3: Playdough and scissors.
                    1. 11:30 to 12:00 Playground
      2. Wednesday
        1. 7:45 to 8 a.m. - Welcome activities: Writing on white boards and puzzles.
          1. 8:00 to 8:30 Circle Time (Morning message, attendance, helper, weather, routine, calendar, number of the day(7), letter of the day).
            1. 8:30 to 8:45 Whole group activity - We will taste their favourite foods (fruits). *We will ask them to bring their favourite fruits from home.
              1. 8:45 to 9:00 Story time - Hansel and gretel (Kids will be seated like at the movies). We will talk about healthy food.
                1. 9 to 9:30 Snack
                  1. 9:30 to 10:30 Portuguese Class
                    1. 10:30 to 11:30 Learning Centres G1: Cutting and gluying tangram (SLM) on activity paper. G2: Play "I have... who has..." (p.67) BLM cards. G3: Sand table.
                      1. 11:30 to 12:00 Playground
        2. Thursday
          1. 7:45 to 8 a.m. - Welcome activities: Lacing shapes and writing word from the word wall on blackboards.
            1. 8:00 to 8:30 Circle Time (Morning message, attendance, helper, weather, routine, calendar, number of the day(13), letter of the day)
              1. 8:30 to 8:45 Whole group activity - Snow goggles (p.33)- SLM . They will cut them and take them home. Before activity we will talk about people that live in cold places and how they protect their eyes. I will show pictures on the computer.
                1. 8:45 to 9:00 Story time - "My five senses" we will discuss what we learned throughout this unit.
                  1. 9 to 9:30 Snack
                    1. 9:30 to 10:30 Portuguese Class
                      1. 10:30 to 11:30 Learning Centres G1: Beggining sounds concentration game (p.60) We will have B.S. pics (Ss, Tt and Nn) on the floor upside down. Kids will take turns flipping over 2 cards. If the cards both begin with the same letter, they match and the kid keeps the cards. G2:Cutting pictures from magazines related to the 5 senses (3 pics per sense) to glue on SLM activity page. G3: Sensory table with rice.
                        1. 11:30 to 12:00 Playground
          2. Friday
            1. 7:45 to 8 a.m. - Welcome activities: free choice (2 centres).
              1. 8:00 to 8:30 Circle Time (Morning message, attendance, helper, weather, routine, calendar, number of the day(9), letter of the day)
                1. 8:30 to 9:00 Activity - "Carnaval" necklace. Kids will put pieces of straw through a string to make a necklace. They can also add foam flowers if they want. (Kids will also choose books to take home after activity).
                  1. 9 to 9:30 Snack
                    1. 9:30 to 10:00 Portuguese Class
                      1. 10:00 "CARNAVAL" PARTY.
                        1. 11:00 to 11:15 Mystery box - touch. Teacher will have many objects with various textures in the box, such as cotton, wooden tangram, lego, sand paper. Kids will try what object using their sens of touch.
                          1. 11:15 to 11:30 Story time - Kids will choose their favourite book from this unit.
                            1. 11:30 to 12:00 Playground
            2. Intermediate B - Teachers Thais and Paloma - February 25th to March 1st - Unit 1: Exploring with the five senses
              1. Group 1 (G1): Teacher, Group 2 (G2): Assistant, Group 3 (G3): un-assisted.
                1. Letter of the week: Hh./ This week we will count backwards from 10 to 0 everyday before circle time.
