  2. Main instructions cannot and do not need to be altered by user
  3. User can input simple instructions, e.g. wash temperature

  1. Same as laptops
  2. Can connect by 3G, 4G and WiFi
3. DISADVANTAGES

  4. Have non-standard operating systems
MAINFRAME + SUPERCOMPUTERS

  1. Large and very fast computers used in banks, insurance firms and unis
2. ADVANTAGES
  1. Can process very large amounts of data quickly
  2. Very fast calculations
3. DISADVANTAGES
  1. Expensive
  2. Take up a large amount of space
