the tasks.
Strategies for PET Reading
Think about the order of the tasks: In B1 Preliminary, you don't
need to start with Part 1 and then take the exam the way you
find it on paper. In fact, you can decide which order you prefer,
which means that you can choose the perfect strategy for you.
Think about your timing: You only have 45 minutes to complete all
the tasks on the reading test. This time frame includes a few
minutes to transfer your answers to a separate answer sheet,
giving you approximately 40 minutes to complete all six tasks. Take
a moment to see which tasks take the most time and which tasks
can be completed faster.
How to prepare for the Reading exam
Time to practice: Time is not a requirement, only that you have the
provisions and materials that are needed so that you can pass the
final exams with great marks.
