          1. Dwelling into problems inc them /sol. focus make'em shrink thus manageable & more energy 2 deal wz't
          2. Challenge
            1. Aim higher, uncover new perspective, help them c their life reflected back
            2. Action
              1. 2 change, make their own goals 2 achieve them. coaching doesn't deal wz fantasy but wz action
              2. Blame-free
                1. u cant learn to ride a bike without falling out of it, deal with mistakes as learning experiences
