41. People Filter Information

People don't often go out of their way to listen to what information you have to provide. When someone is set in their ways/way of thinking, their not really looking to change that right away. So when you provide information, provide it easily and clearly. Bring attention to what needs to be focused on, but in a way that the users will be able to grasp. Just because you know something past the basics doesn't mean the user will immediately know as well.
