Air Freight: Economy Parcel from Australia to India (Sender and Receiver are Different):             Sender(Customer) needs to fill up, sign and email to DTDC Australia: Customs declaration form (each per box for the entire shipment) Dangerous goods checklist (only one for the entire shipment) Sender’s photo ID (Bio Page of passport)   Receiver needs to Fill up, sign and emailed to DTDC Australia: 1. Photo of Adhar Card (Front and Back Page) 2. Authorization letter (only one for the entire shipment) 3. Proof of delivery address when the current delivery address is customs declaration form is different in Adhar card. 4. NOC( No Objection Certificate) when customer has vitamins, medicine(Non prescribed) protein powder, food item, baby food and cosmetics for personal use and it has to be below 2.5kg. **Proof of Delivery address are: current phone bill, Electricity bill, water bill, rental agreement, bank statement which matches with receiver's name and current delivery address**  4. No Object Letter (in case of Food Item, Health Supplements and Cosmetics, Maximum weight is 2.5 kg for personal consumption). Question: What to do when we found that the current delivery address in customs declaration form is different than the delivery address shows in Adhar Card of the Receiver? Answer: We email customer to email us photo of Proof of Delivery address such as phone bill, water bill, bank statement etc. which matches with current delivery address in customs declaration form when delivery address is different in Adhar Card of receiver.

Air Freight: Prescribed Medicine (No Liquid) for Personal use from Australia to India/maximum weight is 500gms:              Sender/Customer needs to Fill up, sign and email to DTDC Australia: 1. Customs declaration form. with medicine details and value. 2. Dangerous goods checklist. 3. Sender’s photo ID (Bio Page pf passport) 4. Dr’s prescription in Australia (3 months old only) 5.Original receipt of purchase of the medicine (3 months old only)   Receiver needs to Fill up and emailed to DTDC Australia: Adhar Card (Front and Back Page) Authorization letter (only one per shipment) No Object Letter.

Air Freight/Export to India (Business to Business):              Sender of the company in Australia needs to Fill up and email to DTDC Australia: Customs declaration form (One per box) Dangerous goods checklist (only form) Sender identification proof (Front Page passport) or company I Receiver of the company in India needs to Fill up and email to DTDC Australia: PAN Card (Front and Back Page of the company) Authorization letter (Only one for the entire shipment) 3. No Objection Certificate (NOC) from FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) which receiving company should arrange. 4. GST Number of the Receiving company. 5. Export Import Code number of the Receiving company. **No weight limit for sending food item, health supplements and cosmetics for business purpose**
