All life on Earth shares a common chemistry. This provides indirect evidence for evolution.Despite the variety between living organisms, when it comes to their cells they consist of only a few carbon-based compounds that interact in similar ways.WATER IS THE MOST COMMON COMPONENT OF CELLS. This is why when we look for other life in the universe , we search for water.
